Iain Johns – Director
Raised in Cornwall from an early age, Iain has strong local roots and a professional background shaped by a long-standing career in the Armed Forces, which continues alongside his work at Atlantek Lettings. This experience brings a steady, practical and disciplined approach that carries through into his work with clients, helping ensure properties are well managed and services run smoothly.
Iain takes a hands-on role within the business, regularly meeting clients and contractors, overseeing property visits and supporting the day-to-day running of the company. He combines attention to detail with practical problem-solving to deliver a professional, dependable and organised service.
Outside of work, Iain is passionate about fitness and the outdoors, enjoying an active lifestyle and exploring Cornwall with his family. He also supports his children in sports and outdoor activities, reflecting the family-focused and community-oriented approach that guides Atlantek Lettings.
Lorna Roskilly-Johns – Director
A proud Cornish local, Lorna began her career in property with a local estate agency before working for an independent agency in Worcester, where she then began her 17-year banking career. Later transferring back to Cornwall, she progressed through customer service roles to Bank Manager, building an excellent record in customer service, compliance and people management — expertise that underpins the professional, trustworthy and organised approach she brings to Atlantek Lettings.
Lorna later returned to property, spending six years with an independent estate and letting agency, gaining hands-on experience in residential lettings, landlord support and tenant care. Her combined experience across property and financial services ensures landlords and tenants receive a reliable, approachable and well-managed service.
Outside of work, Lorna enjoys being by the sea, walking the dunes with the family dogs, and supporting her children at their sports activities — embracing an active, outdoorsy family lifestyle.
